MON to FRI  Power Hour (Session 1)  11:30 to 12:30
           

The ultimate power hour- will have you training like a professional boxer. Step in the brigade compound of Temecula Boxing and get ready for a workout that will prepare you to learn the skills of a boxer.  The workout consists of the following:

1.      Warming up with stretches, jogging, and calisthenics.

2.      Boxing Ring techniques and boxing bag combinations

3.      Body resistance exercises for strength and sculpt your body. 

4.      Burning 800-1000 calories per hour

 Boot Camp- Instructed by a prior military Physical Readiness Training (PRT) coordinator, he guides with the principal strength and conditioning mentally such as those in the service.  Our boot camp program delivers a specialty of those in military and in the boxing ring, and by no means is to punish the individual, but to apply a perfect combination of fitness goals. Just as in boot camp , you will be pushed mentally and physically to test your full capability.  Once you complete the class you will feel no obstacle is impossible.

Sparing Mondays Wednesdays and Fridays (members only).   4-8 pm Amateur & Pro Boxers 
Spectator* come see some action! Open to the Public
